WSJ DIY Workout
Description
DIY Workout is a group workout in a team format. This will include conditioning drills similar to the ones they run on high school teams. The exercises will be very strenuous, but effective. Most importantly, we create a positive environment where we motivate each other to get in shape. Basically, we'll meet from 6-7:30am at Creekside Park. * 15min Group warm up and stretching * 25min Group Conditioning: Suicides, burpees, leg-raises, etc. * 45min Team sport: soccer, football, basketball, ultimate frisbee, etc.
